In my opinion, losing both are a net positive for the Cards. Chris Mack has been getting a tough time from the fan base and has to win now. Neither Pettiford nor EVDH were going to be much help in year one. They’re both projects who wouldn’t contribute much on a very solid team until their junior year.
BTW, Pettiford almost de-committed in the summer of 2020. I told Ty about that but never brought it to the board.
Louisville needs to get some high level transfer to take their place.
