This Yacht Rock documentary on HBO is pretty good ...

But at 47 minutes in, Kenny Loggins talks about "This Is It", co-written by Yacht Rock King Michael McDonald ... and showing highlights of U of L versus UCLA in the 1980 National Championship game.

Pretty funny.
