Sounds like Zach Smith got the OSU pass from the police. If that had been anyone else who pinned their significant other to the wall by their throat they would have been arrested. This goes far deeper than Meyer and OSU. The police officers that showed up that day need to be investigated also. The whole system let Courtney Smith down.
