Nice article and hits the nail on the head for me

When a team lacks leadership the COACHES have to be more involved and hands on during the game. That is what they get paid millions to do.
Have you seen CRP during a game? He's one of the most involved coaches in college. Buzz is another. At some point, your players need to take responsibility for leadership and that's where we are inexperienced. I forgot that we didn't participate in the ACC tournament last year so Mangok is the only player with true postseason experience.

Unfortunately, as far as leadership is concerned, I wouldn't trust Mangok to lead my kids across the street. Hopefully, the rest of the team grow up really fast. I have them in the FF against UK in my dream bracket, so I hope I won't be waking up any time soon.

Just watched Wake flame out against K-State. Didn't get to watch our loss to Wake. While Collins is the real deal, the rest of the team wasn't impressive. Hope we can turn it up in NCAA.

KSU and Wake Forrest were evenly matched teams so it was a coin flip from the start. KSU was a bit stronger and deserved to win.

Collins is still lacking body strength especially from the waist down. He gets knocked off balance easy. Once he gains strength though, he is going to be a monster.

Snider did help lead the team to an Elite 8 his freshman year so he has some experience. I remember most of us being impressed with him taking over after Jones was released from the team. It's not a ton of post season experience but I'd take that over our our starting PG not having any at all at this point.

CRP is constantly shouting direction, pointing where they need to be, etc during play.

I seriously wonder what they do at practice.

I guess a lot do it, but I have noticed that Coach K pretty much sits and lets them play.
