Actually a good game compared to what we have watched for the last 22 months.
While it was not our destiny to win this game last night, there were two Inflection Points which had the ability to shift the momentum to our side if they had gone the other way.
1. The "back-to-back" fumbles when we were tied 14-14 late in the Second Quarter. Actually there were 3 consecutive fumbles. Cards: ND: Cards. But we made the final turnover. And the Irish scored to make it 21-14. If the Cards don't give up the ball, probably the worst is that we go into the halftime tied. And we might even score to take the lead at halftime. That is at least a 7 point inflection.
2. The Razzle Dazzle TuTu pass that was a great playcall and was almost caught. The score was 28-14. We ended up scoring a FG to make it 28-17. But if the TuTu pass is caught we surely are going to score a TD to make it 28-21. That was a 4 point inflection.
