Rape away, Sparty!
Close. Had current management been looking out for U of L's and the fans' interests, we would be where the rest of the college athletics are....So had the Ho’s been students we would be golden.
MSU is much worse than what went on at UL, but what went on at UL was within NCAA rules. What happened at MSU was not. It's just that simple. So called Strippers, bad

Your basic premise is wrong at least with the basketball players. The school investigated those claims years ago and found the players didn't do anything against the rules. Izzo can't go behind the school and decide they did something wrong after the players were exonerated. The allegations were that MSU football and basketball players sexually assaulted female students and the university, including both head coaches, took steps to cover up the crimes. If true wouldn't that be an impermissible benefit? I mean getting to stay out of jail for a few years seems to me to be of greater value than getting to watch a third-rate strip show. Athletes that received the impermissible benefit of avoiding criminal prosecution subsequently participated in MSU games. Shouldn't MSU have to forfeit those games and return all revenue?
The NCAA just likes to go after the low hanging fruit. Taking on tough issues like sexual assault is just too difficult to address when they have to spend so much time protecting their money tree. So they won't even investigate what happened at MSU or Baylor.
And the allegations were that the MSU “investigations” were nothing more than shams. You think the NCAA would have accepted a UofL investigation of the stripper allegations that concluded there was no wrongdoing without conducting its own investigation?Your basic premise is wrong at least with the basketball players. Within the context of Izzo, that isnt relevant. Once the university reached its conclusion, which was valid by the way, Izzo couldn't go against it. Far too many people buy into an article written about the situation with the players that bears little resemblance to what really happened. And the allegations were that the MSU “investigations” were nothing more than shams. Well I’m glad you know everything that happened at MSU. This is the same school that kept Larry Nasser on staff for years while he assaulted dozens of young women. Because they, and a UK fan from Georgia, say nothing happened the NCAA doesn’t have to investigate.Within the context of Izzo, that isnt relevant. I didnt say nothing happened. I have, however, studied up on the situation extensively.Well I’m glad you know everything that happened at MSU. Wow. Did you also stay at a Holiday Inn Express last night?I have, however, studied up on the situation extensively.
Nah, just read a lot. What NCAA rule do you think they broke?Wow. Did you also stay at a Holiday Inn Express last night?
If you read so much read my first post in this string. Impermissible benefits. Kept football and basketball players eligible by covering up sexual assaults.Nah, just read a lot. What NCAA rule do you think they broke?
But there was no sexual assault. If you read so much read my first post in this string. Impermissible benefits. Kept football and basketball players eligible by covering up sexual assaults.
I watched an ESPN piece where victims claimed they were sexually assulted by both MSU football and basketball players. I don’t know if they were telling the truth. The highly credible Michigan State University (because you’re a UK fan I should note I’m being sarcastic) found no misconduct. The NCAA doesn’t care. It doesn’t impact their bottom line. But there was no sexual assault.
Fair response. That piece was pretty one sided. There was an article that made lots of claims that weren't supported when you listened to the video interrogation of one of the basketball players. I don't know. How do you know it was one-sided? Barely, we're Charlie Brown as usual. And the MSU investigation wasn’t one sided?
Don’t you have a football game to go watch. Sorry. That was a low blow.
