Last night’s crowd was awesome. I could sense it was going to be an intense atmosphere way before the game began. You could feel it, best crowd in some time IMO. Hopefully the fans will keep bringing it. They did last night.

I was their it was pretty darn good . Regardless of what local media trying to say 16,000 plus is pretty darn good for a late nite week game. Nobody is packing their arenas all you have to do is watch tv and you see this. but our local media wants to paint this negative picture with us only SMH

Completely agree - I think that it was the best crowd of the season. Times change and the fact of the matter is that the arena is simply bigger than needed. If they were building it today, it wouldn’t have the upper deck - and it would be a better venue. Those upper seats are so bad - not sure why anyone would sit there - even for free.

Great atmoshphere. Kids played hard, seemed like any 50-50 call went NC ST's way. Both teams were getting after it. Good win, lets keep this train rolling!!!

Funny how that POV was regarded as anti-arena and anti-U of L a few years ago. But it is correct...

Keep in mind this is a multi purpose building those extra seats come in handy for some concerts. Mack coaches an entertaining style of basketball, free flowing with a good pace.

I wouldn't burn any matches worrying about what local media has to say about anything. No one even reads, listens or watches local media anymore. Only hold outs are older folks who are don't know any other way. Local media is in the last stages of life and are truly irrelevant
