This isn't from direct knowledge. I put some information together, here's what I've gathered.
1.) I was informed that Brown is in fact "a take" for Louisville.
2.) I get the feeling he's been waiting to receive the green light for some time now and he has received it.
3.) I have a source at Northwesten who said the staff was still recruiting him but doesn't think he's going to commit there.
4.) It could be Illinois but if so why did he wait until Lousiville gave him the green light to commit? He's not the type of kid to do something out of spite.
Putting those factors together with his announcement that he's going to commit soon, I decided to change my pick from Illinois to Louisville.
