Now the mediocre ACC commentator and ex Irish coach Muffet McGraw is taking ESPN to task for being UConn's network. Why won't she just go away, retire and quit drawing attention to herself. Notre Dame is actually playing pretty good WBB right now -- of course they got throttled by UCONN ( the game Bueckers got injured in ). She couldn't get it done her last five years there. so now the ACC Network needs to bring her back in for biased commentary and unwarranted shots at Geno? What's next, Digger Phelps shows up to talk about MBB? I'd rather get commentary from a recent ex-player than her highness Muffy. I don't think ESPN caters to UCONN and what about Notre Dame football monopoliezing. NBC in football all those years? Don't let the door hit you on the way out Muffy. go coach a fifth grade team somewhere or join a yahtzèe club. Geno has enough trouble these days, no one needs you piling on after the whistle. The ACC Network doesn't need to roll her out of the mothballs like some honored saint.

Her latest "listen to me" tantrum involves Notre Dame guard Oliva Miles. In case you didn't realize it, and Muffie will glad to tell you if you didn't, Miles is the greatest player of all time in the ACC, will take Notre Dame to the ACC and national championship and can do it all -- pass, score, rebound and defend better than anyone in the nation.

OK, a bit of personal espousing here. Miles is good and would probably come off the bench at Louisville and maybe get 20 minutes a game . UConn held her to eight, Oregon State held her to seven and Duke to 13. Honestly, Jewel Spear (Wake) and Emily Engstler are much better.

Muffy will continue to ride this horse, though and her minions on Nothing But Net, who devotedly follow everything she said with adoration and reverence will group chorus the hype.

Can’t believe the ACCN hired her. It makes Nothing But Net unwatchable. She is a big cry babie and I can’t stand her. As a matter of fact I would rather listen to Calamari then that pain in the ass.
