Message to the board ---

At the risk of being embarrassing, I just wanted to say I appreciate the fellowship this message board allows ...

I'm seriously under the influence of adult beverages right now ...

But ....

I lost a good friend recently .. and coupling that with the passing of Funnycide, who is someone I never met but felt like I knew because of how personal these boards can feel at times, it made me want to tell you all ... even those I've "hidden" (and then un-hidden eventually) ...... that I appreciate being part of this message board.

You probably don't know it, but I value your opinions --- even the stupid as shit ones (which there seemingly are many - haha) ..... And I appreciate the patience many of you must feel when I go on my rants about whatever I rant about .... (which I also know could be the stupid as shit stuff you all endure while being part of this community) ...

I've met many of you, and I value that ....

Thanks for putting up with me .. and, don't think I won't be going away anytime soon!
