I didn't say Ryan is the best at what he does. He has his limitations. But he KNOWS what to do with the ball in his hands; that's teaching it or showing it to others. And he'll only get better at actually doing it with more experience...

Ryan is usually very careful and smart with the ball. There was a few game stretch where he made quite a few bad passes and TO's but I think most of that was lack of experience or maybe trying to do too much.
