LOUISVILLE VS STANFORD GAME THREAD

Have to say Cards deserved that long TD against them after that dumb 3rd down play call when on offense.

I'll never understand offensive playcallers. We had the ball for only a minute the first 7 minutes of the game and the last thing we needed was a quick 3 and out.

Now we're slinging the ball down the field.

We're playing right into the upsets game.

How many penalties in opening quarter? This travel to west coast may contribute to lack of mental preparation

Wasn't a blown coverage. Defender went for the INT and just missed. Now maybe he shouldn't have risked it, but it wasn't a blown coverage.
Sadly I am having to listen on the radio so I can’t really see what is actually happening on the field

It's so obvious Stanford is overmatched by Louisville in talent. Cards just need no more fluke turnovers and build a lead.

What is it about 2nd and long draws us towards the run so much? The prospect of having 3rd and long?

I'm going to be controversial here and say there may need to be a change at offensive coordinator. Whether it's Brian or Jeff Brohm or both.

They are messing around and not calling the plays that have been working. When defenses adjust we take too long to adjust the play calling.

That's an epidemic all over football. 2nd and ten is the most called down for running plays. The wisdom is to make it a shorter 3rd down. It drives me nuts. Why not go for the 1st down on 2nd and 10?

Anyone not able to watch search Louisville vs Stanford football live on youtube.

The offense needs to step up here and put a drive together. Give Watson the ball.

I can breathe a bit easier
Are you sure?

This team just can't seem to get out of it's own way. The offense should have 40 points through three quarters and the defensive penalties are just careless.

They are so much better than Stanford but they're allowing them to stay in the game.

What in the hell was that? How does their best receiver get that much separation so fast? Was the Cards defense not set again? That was a busted coverage.

Cards just can't seem to have an easy game.

Let's face it guys and gals, this Louisville team is just not as good as it should be. Suddenly, Stanford looks like a real offense and this QB like so many others against Louisville's defense, looks like an all American.

Is that Jayden Daniels of the Washington Commanders?

Until the defense is figured out, Louisville is not going to beat very good teams very often.
