I missed the first part of the first set, I came in when we were down by 8 and watched us go on a run. We closed the gap but lost 25-21 we did look good towards the end of that set. I hope that carries over to the 2nd set.

Pitt is really good but we are making too many mistakes against probably the best team in the country. Second set we start off down 7-2 early.

In order to beat Pitt we have to score every time Pitt serves. We can’t do these soft touches over the net giving Pitt the ball to slam.

WOW!!! This is a bigger WOW!!! Because Pitt was up 4 and Louisville came back and won the set 27-25. In this set Pitt had 4 set points and Louisville held them off to win the set. Cards up 2-1 please finish it now this is to stressful to drag it out.

Anna DeBeer is down and is out not sure how bad but she was helped off the court. A lot of stunned Cardinal fans right now.

There are a lot of players on this team you can look to tonight for the win. I celebrate all of them but hats off to Payton Peterson the true freshman. She came in to serve and we scored 3 points with her serving but the big thing was her defense. All night long Pitt was killing us with their hard spikes deep down the middle. Peterson dug out 3 of those spikes and we took a lead that Pitt couldn’t overcome.

Amazing performance again; these Ladies are so special!!! Pitt looked so good through most of the match until we came back in that 3rd set down 3. I have no idea as to the psyche of Pitt, but UL’s comeback may have affected Pitt confidence in the 4th set, as even with Anna out, it was a Card domination.

Saw all teams in person. I wouldn’t trade DeBeer for anyone, but there was no one close to Babcock. She messed up a little, but so did the rest of Pitt in the 4th.

Awesome win last night and as mentioned, nerve racking. When Anna went down I was really worried because we really had all the momentum. The rest of the team stepped up and I think that totally rattled Pitt. They weren't sure who was going to do what. GO CARDS

Dani’s adjustments late in the that critical 3rd set completely confused Fisher and Pitt. “Hit’em where they ain’t” ……. Pitt failed to spread the floor and our ladies found the openings.
