Personally you cant go wrong with Texas Roadhouse they have everything basically.

Hermitage Farms is nice but it is out in the country but worth the visit.

Jeff Ruby’s is top notch but it’s $$$$. Morton’s is really good and slightly cheaper. Both great steak house but have seafood too.

There's a great pizza place about one block south of Denny's on Crittenden Drive on the right hand side going south. Great pizza and other food. And close to campus.
