LOUISVILLE AT SMU GAME THREAD- 9PM ACCN

Watched much of SMU's loss to UNC. They don't play the kind of defense we saw against Tennessee and Ole Miss. They do however can shoot the rock.

For the Cards to win this one, they're going to have to shoot a better percentage than they average. They need to make their FT's and not give SMU extra possessions with turnovers.

I think it's very similar to the Pittsburgh game on the road. Crunch time execution wins the game.

If Edwards could've hit anything, Chucky might already have 10 assists and we might already be over 50

This game is all about coaching preparation and player execution. This team as a group is more dialed in than any team in the last 25 years. The 2013 Champs for sure, but this was the kind of unity and preparation Pitino strived for here at Louisville.

It's not easy and kinda of rare to have a set of players totally attentive to what is required in each and every game, and then go out an execute it.

I saw a video on YouTube where some dude in an interview talking about Louisville's resurgence, said what he's seeing with Louisville is what we all saw with Uconn the past two seasons.

Pretty impressive for a team not ranked in the coaches poll.

Man, if Rooths can step up his d a bit and give 10 pts and 5 boards this team is gonna be tough despite what we lost due to injuries
