Other than the 2013 Championship team, I haven't seen a better Louisville team that pays so close attention to details on both offense and defense.
They simply outwork teams so much, they create big leads in these games. The Cards have a superior mix of talent and basketball IQ over most every team they face.
However, they do have deficiencies that will eventually be exploited by a team who also has that kind of balance, but with more talent.
That's why it's so frustrating to think what may have been with Pryor and Johnson. When those guys went down, not a single Cards fan believed the Cards would win 13 out of 14 games. No one could believe that without the injuries.
But today, I truly believe with those two, Louisville could actually cut down the nets and be the biggest comeback in College hoops history.
But, who knows? This team may go a lot farther in March than anyone thinks right now.
