People talk about how bad the ACC is, but the Little 12 is waaaaaaaay overrated! MSWho's best win is against the 4th best team in the ACC out of conference. Maryland didn't win any good games out of conference and Purdue has a win over Bama. Why do they have such high seeding in these bracketology brackets? They absolutely stink.

Main question I have is, wouldn’t “Little12” be a more appropriate nickname for the Big 12 and not the Big 10?

In terms of overrated, what league should be rated ahead of them? That's the point of overrated, that the conference or teams below them are underrated.
Generally everyone rates the SEC as the best this year, then the Big 12 and Big Ten are probably tied for 2nd and either could be ahead of them. Do we think the ACC is better? No. The Big East isn't good either. The Pac 12 doesn't exist anymore.
Ken Pom rates it as
1. SEC +22.7
2. Big Ten +17.98
3. Big 12 +17.16
4. Big East +13.59
5. ACC +9.40
6. Mountain West +8.44
7. WCC +4.29
We just need to realize the reason the Top 3 leagues are rated so high, it's because the other leagues flat out aren't good. There isn't some anti-ACC bias or anti-Big East Bias, the leagues just aren't good. And they have to put 68 in the tournament and those polls have to pick 25 teams from somewhere.
So because the rest of the conferences outside of the top 3 are so down, their teams will be rated higher.

The problem with the ACC is it went from some of the best coaches in college basketball to some of the worst coaches in college basketball. Thankfully we saw the light and made changes. It looks like some of the other schools are still going to feel the pain a little while longer.
I mean the big thing that just gets me is how bad it is. Like 2 thirds of the league is just flat out awful, like mid major level bad. And I can understand how the $EC and Big Ten have more money and such, but the Big 12 is still doing great. The Big East isn't what it used to be and they're doing better than our league it seems with way less money. You'd think with NIL and such that all the talent would consolidate in the power leagues and we'd at least be respectable, but we've gotten worse since NIL and the portal began.
You're right, there's not many teams in the little 10 or 12 that have an OOC Q1 win. It's crazy. The next 4 weeks will be very interesting as I think the refs in the sEZ let them play too much and when they get to the tournament, the refs tighter whistle hurts them. The little 10 and 12 have no wins and Houston is the only one who scares anyone. That leaves the Beast and ACC. Give me an sEZ team, Houston, Puke and someone else as of right now.

I have been watching a lot of conference tournament games and the refs are letting them play. There have been some really hard knocks that are going uncalled. Then there is the touch foul that should not be called that has everyone pulling their hair out.
