My opinion is that KP is trying to avoid building a team that will be a collection of individual pieces as opposed to a team. Obviously NIL will be a selling point but if we have a team of players that value NIL over all else, we have a recipe for team turmoil. He is a recruiter based on relationship building and needs more time to sell himself and vision. Please be patient and trust his intuition on what makes sense for the betterment of the team. I guarantee his desire to win is not less than yours.
