Kim Mulkey and the lack of a Tech

I just don’t get it why Mulkey is allowed to stand on the court during the game when the ball is at that end and she gets away with it. The Iowa coach was just complaining about it. The ref looked at it and did nothing. The refereeing is really awful especially considering it is the National Title game.

Well, in her defense, they usually only call technicals when a coach is arguing while on the court or if they give a specific warning. I remember when Pitino was at UK, he was on the court all the time. It took him coming to Louisville to stop that.
