That’s the question a boss asks with an employee that’s struggling, under-performing. You can keep them if they can be coached up, mentored, if experience will make them better. If better people around them can make a difference.
At no point has there been ANYTHING indicative that this guy can lead a basketball team. The “better” performances have been when we played people that shot terribly and we made shots while going 1 on 1.
Watch other teams play, watch the cuts and offensive systems, rotations on defense, effort. Please tell me any progress that I’m missing. I’d love to hear it.
