I'm not a hater so it's hard for me to give advice on the subject.
At this point IMO the focus of anyone's hate should be on the administration that brought Payne here. As pitiful as it looks, he's doing the best he probably can. And we need that to improve ASAP if he can pull it off. Making him the focus of hate won't help.
Now, if Payne starts to resist constructive efforts to fix this situation for his and U of L's benefits, then you can start to blame him. That hasn't happened yet, certainly not publicly.
You need to take emotion out of the equation and come to grips with what the realistic outcomes are. He's not resigning, and he's not being fired, at least not anytime soon...
