Western Kentucky gave Bama a better game. Then again the Toppers didnt talk smack and had a Coach with a pulse.

The points we got last night were basically complimentary ones given to us after the game was well over. There is nothing positive to carry forward from last night. Last night was just more of being exposed and showing where Petrino has the program in year 5.

Is this what we have lowered ourselves to in order to feel better about our football program? We might have scored 14 points but half came after Saban had pulled his 1st and 2nd string players. The one legit score came on a spectacular pass and catch which wasn't talked about much. I'm not upset about the loss at all. I AM upset at the lack of being prepared to play because Petrino has mailed it in. He's just collecting a paycheck and doesn't have that fire that he once had as head coach. Now all he does is yell at nobody in particular then makes the usual comments after a loss. He doesn't even look upset after a loss anymore. It's like, oh well, I still get my millions.

Time to find a PHD coach IMO. Poor, hungry, and driven to succeed.

That's not fair....you are using facts to quash the naysayers delusions. Of course, misery loves company and complainers love to complain.

The rest of the season will determine who the real Cardinals team is and what it is about. Fans will just be as fanatical as they are want to be regardless and will finds ways to be miserable no matter what. God bless them.
