Just read an article about HVL saying that she had suicidal tendencies in her early years in college. Her early years would be the years she spent at Louisville has anyone ever heard this said about her?

Never heard that, but I saw glimpses of HVL’s father’s involvement in his daughter’s basketball career as inappropriate. No firsthand knowledge, but reading between the lines, Hailey’s transfer from UL appears to influenced by her dad.

I read yesterday HVL quoting that her UL roommate, M.Russell remaining as her best and life-long friend.

I didn’t know this for certain, but you could kind of see it in her play. She was not a team player, and her play was at times spectacular and at other times spectacularly erratic. You could see how ultra competitive she was. And I’m sure Coach Walz, like the great coach he is, wasn’t shy about praising and criticizing her where it was needed, so that had to be painful for her.

Even though we lost Sunday, I was happy for Hayley - her game has matured greatly, and she’s now the complete player. She even seems to recognize that her game is not bombing three pointers all the time.

I don’t think TCU is balanced at all they only have 3 players that contribute. The rest of the team stands around and watches. That being said the 3 players that do everything are really good. They beat Notre Dame a team that has as much or more talent than any team in the country. If CJW had their roster he could win a title with it.
The problem ND has is their coach is not a championship caliber coach. They will be competitive but they will never win a title with her. The coach at TCU is a coach who will win more than one title at TCU. He recruits really good high school players and is very active in the portal.

Funny though as ND’s coach gets commercials- wonder why?

ND had a serious team chemistry issue that developed after being rated #1 following their 40 point win over Miami in mid February. They not only lost 4 out of their last 8 games, it was evident that Hidalgo was interested in her offense at the expense of her teammates. 3-19 against TCU!
