Just in case some need to be reminded

Nothing that bad about our schedule overall. Short on really strong teams, but not many breathers.

We were a little lucky and playing over our heads most of the season. 10-1 was an illusion of how good the team was. 10-4 without considering where the wins and losses occurred is about right as far as a winning percentage...

You play against who you're scheduled against. Seems like ND was high on the chats, as were others. Everybody hits, everybody wants to win.
Ten is a big number

And might be inclined to listen to the naysayers, from within or outside the program, who claim our 10 wins were a result of a weak schedule. Louisville won 7 games against P5 teams that finished with winning records and who played in bowl games.
We beat a really good ND team that dismantled Oregon ST today. Bowls really aren’t a good indicator of much since so many players hit the portal or declare for the draft. Having said that Duke, BC, ND, VT, and GT all won their bowls and all teams we beat.

It's been said on here lots of times this season. No margin for error with this group. They were never flawless but the games they lost were filled with flaws. Really hard to overcome beating decent teams when you make mistakes. 😕

The reality is roster wise Louisville with a healthy Thrash and Jordan there were a top 15 kind of team. Without them Top 25 team. A very thin line.
