By all accounts he was presented with that evidence at the meeting with postel. What opportunities were provided to him to fire pitino - much less anyone? The account of him refusing to fire pitino this week has been debunked.

Nepotism and cronyism. It happens all the time in business and in and of itself, is not inherently evil - provided those that receive the jobs, can do the jobs.
