I don’t listen to Deener but I heard a repeat of a segment he had with Jeff Greer this morning. Greer indicated that he felt confident that this season would be Mack’s last at UofL. While I’m not surprised, I was a bit shocked to hear Greer say it publicly so soon after the Pitt game.

Question, how many fans show up Wednesday night against Boston College. I might go just to see it for myself. I’m thinking 5,000-8,000.

The reality is Mack really only had 1 shot at staying at Louisville——winning. With a new President and AD plus the team performance + attendance he knows he won’t keep his job. I think we all are surprised it didn’t work. It proved to be a bad fit.

He probably wishes he stayed at Xavier. They got a good team this season.
