Jaylen Johnson hires agent...... Is gone.

I don't know if this is true, but an article in today's CJ indicated from his mother that he has not yet signed with an agent. If true, he could still return. Apparently, the pot charges against him were withdrawn and his guilty plea, which the arresting cop advised he make, thrown out. There was a small bag of pot found (planted?) in his back seat, and he insisted it was not his. This is an interesting development.

At the end of it, it says his plan isnt to return. Although he is eligible. So I guess if professionals say no, then he COULD say Im coming back, but I doubt it.

Nope. He hired a agent. He is no longer considered an amateur.

The dope smoking business has plagued and ruined a lot of lives since the days of the 1960s hippie drug counter culture.

Lol - about 1 / 100th of the ruined lives from the alcohol drinking "business". You might want to find a new excuse for societal ills, rather than relying on something that occurred 50+ years ago.

Also, legalizing pot nationally might just save your social security.

Legalizing pot is going to happen nationally. The only variable is time. I don't smoke, eat or drink pot (can you drink it?) but it makes monterary sense to legalize it. If you're going to have individual states legalizing its use, then the federal government will eventually get on board to grab its slice of the taxes. In the end, the bottom line is always the bottom line.

The rot of illegal drug use that was legitimized to youth during the 1960s hippie drug culture has ruined a lot of the last three generations.

This is where the time variable kicks in that I referenced earlier.

Once people like eastwood die off, their way of thinking dies with them. I grew up during 'the hippe drug culture' days, and like always for everyone, life choices are life choices. I turned out OK, I think.

The legitimization of illegal drug use that started with the 1960s hippie drug counter culture has caused health, mental health and medical costs as well as societal degeneration. The rot of drug use has continued through the last three generations. It did not turn out all right. Ask Jimi Hendrix.

Fake news.

Whatever number that has been compromised, pales in comparison to those ruined - directly and indirectly - by ignorance and intolerance such as yours.

Almost like the Scott Baio fiasco. He made the comment about Erin Moran, if you do drugs and alcohol, you're going to die. I'm sure her lifestyle was a factor but she succumbed to cancer.

There is no doubt that rampant drug use that was sold to impressionable youth has resulted in a continuum of mental and physical damage to the last three generations. The enormous medical costs born by society as well as the degeneration of family units as a result of drug use and reefer addiction has been devastating. The workplace, incomes, and highway safety have suffered as a result of the long range effects of the 1960s hippie drug counter culture. That is something we all agree on.

Per Jason Anderson via Twitter today. Apparently Johnson hasn't signed with an agent yet.

Just talked to Jaylen Johnson on red carpet. Said "there's a chance" he'd return to college. Asked if college would be UofL "Most likely".

If something is illegal it is illegal - period. You can talk stats all day and night. The bantering going on is rife with political undertones. Each person must make a decision to smoke weed, drink or anything else. That is personal choice. If the choice made is illegal then end of discussion. You can't whine...well this, well that..it's not what I want or choose to do so I shouldn't have to obey the rules.

It's all good. Because you are a cat fan, I can honestly say I don't like you. You make bad choices, so I already know we could never be friends. No disrespect intended. Ok, maybe a little bit of disrespect. I hope you understand. :D
