Norris was recruited by Louisville. He said he has not heard from the Cardinals yet (it's extremely early in the process) but that he would definitely be interested if they reach out to him.
Update: Norris did say Pete Nochta did follow him on social media. That is the only "contact" he has had with Louisville.
