Notice to Kansas, Arizona, Louisville and LSU. Fraser just said this about Memphis' case: "Our intention was to impact those with greater culpability … the panel was intentional in not prescribing penalties that would have an impact on current student-athletes.”

"Except when it comes to UofL, we felt that we had to make their past, present, and future players, staff, and fans pay dearly for the rest of eternity!!"

Word is the ruling for U of L has been made just waiting on it to be written up and announced any time within the next 7-10 days or so. Not my words just what i've heard .

If part of their reasoning is because they don’t want it to effect the current players for past violations then we should be okay. Maybe they were soft on Memphis because they have been so bad under Penny that they felt sorry for them. If that is the case they be soft on us as well because we haven’t done much since Pitino was let go.

Ole Eaves is stating from what he knows anytime now. And he has taken back his stance on the level of punishment he was initially expecting. I personally think U of L knows or has a general clue. And if ole Jerry is running his mouth that makes me believe that. I find it funny though he and Forde cried death penalty doom and gloom etc total different voice from both of them now. erry now wants to be first to break the news as if he is happy.
