I like CSS but...

The 2 QB playing may show dividends over the long haul. If the Cards lose Cunningham for extended time the PT Conley has been given may prove to be a big deal. Hard to predict the future and certainly don't want to lose Cunningham.

That's exactly why Conley has to play and keep playing. Cunningham's physical condition is unreliable...

And other posters have the right to question you if they think your post is wrong.
The 2 QB experiment has for the most part been successful except for today and today Conley was handcuffed by piss poor field position. As far as the 4th down goes, yardage wise is was not that big of a gamble, to far out for a field goal and not a lot to gain with a punt, so really perfect spot to go for it.

Both scenarios didn't work out but both were worthwhile gambles on Satterfields part in my opinion.
When UVA held on 4th down they then proceeded to drive the field for a score. Had the outcome been different that decision would not be a popular one. Mason King should be able to take something off his punt and pin them.

If had been 4th and one or two I’m buying that but 4th & 14? The probability is low. Punt the ball - it’s called percentage football.
