Most offenses are exactly the same, with some variations and wrinkles but for the most part they are all the same. Defensively you either are a 3-4 or 4-3 team, most kickoffs go into the endzone and every team runs the exact same punt formation. It is becoming robotic and for me boring to watch. In contrast depending on what cable or satellite company you choose, you can have upwards to 100 different college games to watch on a Saturday and see 100 different variations to play the game. That is why college ratings are up and NFL is down, in my opinion.
