Not much defense being played in this Oklahoma Houston game. Dudes left wide open. Missed tackles. Pursuit to the ball not there. No pressure on the QB's.

The Cards defense looks so much superior and I know it was Charlotte. It was the effort. The aggression. Even when Chucky Williams didn't complete a tackle he was pissed at himself.

I've said it before and I will say it again. The OL is the key to the Cards having a championship season. If the OL can reach the levels of the other positions, the Cards will be one of the best teams in the nation. The combination of a potent offense and defense is rare and is what wins titles.

Cards have a much better defense than the Sooners. They have stopped Ward and the Houston running game but they can't get off the field on 3rd down. I think the Cards secondary will fare much better. You got to hit Ward and make him uncomfortable.

Great win for the Coogs. If we had Houston's O-line I would bet on us against any team out there. Maybe our guys will keep improving to take us to that point.
