Is it possible that with all the transfers happening, top HS recruits fall to the second tier of CFB? Also, disgruntled four star players transferring to other schools not named Alabama, Clemson, tOSU, etc. to schools a little lower in the pecking order? This could do as much to level the landscape in CFB as the 85 scholarship limit. If so, there is hope beyond the 6 or 7 usual suspects for playoff contention.
