Interesting, I assume Louisville will be at that meeting as well since they have been in the other meetings. It is going to be really hard for the NCAA and Louisville to figure out what really happened. All they can do at this point is get all her documentation then start putting the pieces together. I am not sure her word means much today, but the documentation can at least point the investigators to the right people to talk with that can confirm or deny her allegations.

The phone records [calls, texts] are going to be very important. Wonder what the texts before the "virus" were about.

So funny. The trash can lawyer was on the radio saying that she wasn't going to talk to the NCAA because anything that she says to the NCAA could be subpoenaed and potentially used against her in a criminal case. She also wanted immunity.

She is still awaiting charges but now she is going to talk to the NCAA. Another contradiction. Is the trash can lawyer going to explain the change even though the circumstances are the same?

Has no choice but to lay it all out on the table now. Since she has some of the other women saying otherwise. And i just wonder what they felt putting in the book is the most damning or if it isn't why wouldn't you put the best stuff in the book? Gonna be interesting week ahead . But something tells me the meeting won't take place.

They only put in the book the stuff they felt comfortable with. They being Cady and the publishing company. If the NCAA believes her on the known stuff, they're likely to believe her on the unknown as well. The book people didn't want to be sued publishing something damaging that they couldn't verify.

what are you drinking?

its a lot of lies in there. the craps pause edition of events will not work in this case. facts are needed. All we have received from the book are lies. With all of the women saying this Madame is lying, now she wants to talk?

She will not be under oath with the NCAA investigation. She can lie and not be held accountable. Her attorney has publicly said that she will plead the 5th in the courtroom. Is she desperate and wanting revenge?

Will whatever documents she shares with the NCAA substantiate anything at all? Will they be released publicly at that time?

It's probably changed from still awaiting charges to I know charges are coming so now she is playing her trump card to cooperate. Why do people who are guilty cooperate with any law enforcement agency

I suspect their standards were very low

I hope the court subpoenas the NCAA investigator so everybody can compare what she says under oath and what she says when she's not.
