Credit to 16 seed South Dakota St but Gonzaga in the first half looks like the worst #1 seed in history.

It's early but seeing the Zags for the first time this year, they don't resemble a top seed in any way. SDSU has missed 5 wide open threes or it would be up more.

It should be an interesting 2nd half. Gonzaga appeared to play tight and nervous. If it stays close near 10:00 and under, Gonzaga may tighten up even more. We will see.

They are pulling away finally. SDSU gave all they had but are not very good offensively.

I've seen the Zags play twice this and I wasn't impressed either time. I thought maybe they play to the level of their competition. I might be wrong but I don't think they will go far.

Gonzaga is decent. Not as bad as they played today. The game on Saturday against Northwestern should be a good one.
