Rivals has always seemed more accurate to me. It usually can tell you about how good a recruit will be. They rarely miss the boat completely like some of the other sites do. Maybe say a guy like Matt Elam as an example. Rivals had him as a 3 star while others had him at a 4 star. The guy hasn't even performed to 2 star caliber at UK. It also had pretty much every top player in college football over the past 4 or 5 years rated pretty accurately. It had Lamar Jackson as a 4 star. Not many other sites had him that high. It occasionally underrates a guy but usually doesn't overrate guys.
