Sunday in New England turned into a scoring party. The Cards FH squad shut out Northeastern 7-0.
It was the highest goal production of the season for #4 UofL and since the Cards put eight goals on CMU back in. 2016.
Sophomores Aimee Plumb and Embry Jane Imorde both scored twice in the match....Plumb scoring her first an mere 22 seconds into action.
The road trip continues next week for Justine Sowry's squad -- with a Friday match at UNC and then Sunday vs. James Madison.
The Cards are 13-2 on the season, undefeated in ACC play and have lost to #1 Iowa and #2 Michigan.
