I have looked, but could not find an answer and never heard it explained. Why were there 3 ACC teams in our regional and why are we playing NCST now? Formerly, you could not meet a conference foe, until the Elite 8. Of course, that only worked if there were 8 teams or less from the same conference. The BE shattered that in 2009 because of so many teams. However, we only got 6 in this year, so all ACC teams should have been on opposite sides of a region or in a different region. Why?
