ESPN bias in unbelievable

The lack of respect continues. Apparently Kentucky has done enough in the past two-three weeks to be considered one of the hottest teams in the country. Yet there isn't one single mention of Louisville.

it has and apparently always will be that way, especially with one of the young execs being a cal loving uk grad. I would rather win the championship than be stroaked and not win it.

we have been ranked number one twice in our history, let that sink in............ hopefully we play like we are capable and bring home number 4............. EFF the national stroaking......... maybe it can fuel our fire and help motivate us to number 4

The article is basically talking about how the preseason top 10 is resembling the current landscape. Cards weren't in preseason top 10 so it makes sense they wouldn't be in the article. Not sure I see what you are saying.

I don't mind when the Cards are overlooked. That 2009 team was apparently cocky following the win over Arizona, and then they promptly lost to Michigan St... Would rather them have an underdog mentality

You must have missed Jay Williams and Seth Greenberg on Gameday yesterday mentioning how we were the best team in the ACC and Greenberg saying we are a 1 seed.

Believe it or not there is no movement against UL bball at ESPN.

Lovin' it. Better to have them thinking that everything is going according to plan.

"Elite program". my a$$...

UK recently lost to Tennessee and could easily have gone 0-2 against Georgia. But yes they have won 4 straight so in that writer's mind they're one of the hottest. UNC Asheville has actually won 9 straight. That's pretty hot too! Oh wait that conference is weak. The SEC is mighty. At least, that's true if you're Dana O'neill?

The media wants a Duke/kansas/uofk/UNC final four.
UofL and everyone else, would be a fly in their ointment.

Same in the NBA. They desire Cleveland vs GS or SA.
They dont even want the historic Celtics.

The Media didnt want KC upsetting Pitt or NE.
They damn sure wanted Dallas over Atlanta.

Dont care. Cards will soon get # 4.

If you really want to see a Card bias go look at CBS sports.com you want find any thing on Louisville basketball and if you do it's negative nothing but UK,articles plastered all over it.

How about Sportscenter last night? I was hoping to get some highlights, especially JJ's awesome one handed ally-oop... nothing. In fact, they skiped right over #8 to show Duke highlights. They only thing they showed was Buzz changing shirts and then mentiond VT lost to Louisville but didn't even give a score.

I was actually pretty upset. That game was full of highlights and was a hell of a contest. I'm thinking it may have been a rights issue, since the game was broadcast on the ACCN

Espn has slowly turned into the MTV of the sports world. I remember when you could turn on MTV and watch music videos and I remember when I could turn on espn and see sports highlights and not whatever the show these days
