To be honest I think it is more of a recent thing of the last 20 years but Kansas and Bill Self have refused to play Wichita St. despite the challenges from Wichita St and especially Greg Marshall from what I understand.

They haven't met since 1993

Big difference, back in the day of U of L vs. uk there were very nasty racial undertones involved. That was a huge factor coming from the bbn fans base.

Different time but unfortunately true. The best thing is the progress we've made evolving away from those days and it all starts with education. Hate is taught my friend. The sooner we all stop teaching hate, the sooner is stops being a problem in our society. Saying it is easy. Actions are always stronger than words.
