Trump's accomplishments including employing 33,000 people, donating immense amounts of money to charity, and being elected President. He also donates his Presidential salary to charity. Donovan is a good basketball player and he isn't donating his salary to charity. Nice to see him siding up with Karl Anthony Towns. Talk about finishing small.
I support the President but I admit I'm getting tired of the rhetoric. President Trump has done a good job of fulfilling his campaign promises thus far, even with all the 'resistance' he has run into. Much of that is self inflicted though. The rhetoric causes much of the backlash he gets and I doubt many on here would argue that's wrong.
Still I support the President. I support every President regardless of party line because I want this country to succeed. If the President succeeds, the country succeeds. How can anyone be against that?
Honest question - what do you do to support the President, especially if you disagree with a policy or policies? I pray for the President almost every night to gain the insight and heart to do many of the things that I think are right. But so far many of my prayers haven’t been answered. I’m certainly not going to support a policy just because he’s the President and he said so.
You, nor I have any idea what percentage of his income DM is donating. Just the same we have no idea what percentage Trump has donated because he never released his taxes. His presidential salary would supposedly be a small fraction of his total income.
Our country is the laughing stock of the world. A reality tv star is our president. He's a lying, cheating, human piece of garbage who is beholden to Russia because they have a hookers peeing on him video. His presidency is corrupt, scandalous, under investigation, and soon, God willing, his ass will be in jail. Racists feel emboldened because of him. He's a horrific role model who insults, mocks, and attacks when his feelings get hurt because he wants everyone to love him. He's an egotistical narcissist, only this guy is bat shit crazy x 1,000,000, as evidenced by his incessant Twitter rants. Our country will be infinitely better when he's gone.

Travel some...the level of respect for the USA is dimished throughout the globe. Alienating our allies while acquiescing to Russia has been an interesting strategy.
How do I support him? I support him by just pointing to his policies and how they are working. He has done a very good job thus far and the numbers support that despite the rhetoric. James Carville once famously said - "It's the economy stupid." It still is IMO.
He doesn't need to react to every negative comment that's made about him. He should just point to his accomplishments which are very good thus far. I don't understand the rhetoric is all I'm saying but I am happy with how well the economy is doing right now. I am enjoying the extra money. I am loving my 401K surging, and my job is more secure now than it's been in a very long time. I'm in a good place right now, and since the unemployment numbers are now under 4%, it seems a lot of people are doing better.
The issue is not Russians or the Electoral College or emails or misogyny. The working people and what was left of the working middle class won the election. Wealthy privileged liberals lost. Get over it. One day you'll crawl off of Marco Island and realize that.

Not true. I care about ALL Americans well being. Even the Americans I don't always agree with. Havng different opinions and the ability to speak about them is what makes the USA unique compared to most countries. It's what makes the United States of America great. We have way more civil rights in the USA compared to the rest of the world. That is undisputed.
I'm just happy we now have a President who is willing to put the USA first in the eyes of the rest of the world like the rest of the world has been doing for thier own countries (like they should), instead of a President who apologizes to the world for the USA being the USA. I would be happier if the President were to dial back the rhetoric and just run on the success of his policies because he's more than just a little rough around the edges, but his policies are working thus far.
While I cringe at the rhetoric, I am pleased with the success his policies have had. ALL Americans should be happy about the strong state of the economy. ALL Americans should be thrilled about the low unemployement numbers . ALL Americans should love the fact the rest of the world is starting to pay its fair share like so many other Presidents have asked for in the past but never got. This is a GREAT time to be a United States of America citizen and I'm not ashamed to say that. I love my country.
I sincerely hope every LEGAL American prospers and I welcome everyone who wants to join this country LEGALLY. People need to understand THAT is who we really are as a country. We open our arms and accept LEGAL immigration. Always have. Always will. People breaking down the back door to come in are jumping line and are breaking the law. It's not hard to understand. No borders means no country.
Cue - I know it’s difficult to know what to believe these days and I was pretty excited about the news on the economy and unemployment but I encourage you to go to Factcheck.org. I think the bigger issue is yeah we might be doing a little better now but the question is does our kids and grandkids have a future.
That's been the question my entire working life. It's a great question, and frankly I don't know the answer anymore today than I did 40 years ago. I'll be dead and buried before the question is answered too and that's the scary thing for me. All I can do is my part by hopefully leaving them something they can use to survive. If our country goes too far left, there won't be anything left for me to leave them. All anyone has to do is look at other countries who went far left and see how things turned out. It's been a disaster everywhere Socialism has been implemented.

I thank him for choosing the 1st supreme court justice he nominated and for the senate confirming his nomination. The 2nd nominee is just as qualified and will have the court leaning slightly right for the next 30 years. That is huge for conservatives and less appealing for progressives aka socialist.
Hopefully the new justices will respect the rule of law and not work hand in glove with a partisan Congress in thwarting the Mueller investigation. I’m amazed that members of Congress would even suggest shutting down a special prosecutor investigation. SAD!
I agree. Got to let the investigation run its course since it was started in the first place. There is no reason not to allow Mueller to finish it. Congree can complain all they want. The only person who can fire Mueller is the President, and he's not going to do that.
Some members of Congress have proposed impeaching Rod Rosenstein, who is effectively Mueller’s superior. If that happened Rosenstein’s successor could suspend the investigation.
Well from what I've been reading, Rosenstein might be worthy of impeachment. We'll have to wait and see how this plays out, but it is an interesting twist for sure.
Don't forget Trump has accomplished being the worst human on the face of the earth. Is that a campaign promise?

I can't let this go. Obama spent more money in his 8 years as President than the 43 Presidents before him combined. If the Republicans had nothing to do with that, then how did it happen? This President at least gave 'something' back in the tax cut and let's not kid ourselves here, ALL of the people in Government who make the decisions are rich. It doesn't matter which side of the political fence you count yourself on. Do you honestly think any of the rich people making the laws cares about you or me? Pelosi is worth over 100 million dollars. You think she's really upset about keeping more of her money? LOL.
All the rest are either millionaires or in Trump's case, a billionaire. Can't understand why you feel such contempt for rich people. Rich people make all the laws and the only color they care about is Green. Blue or Red doesn't matter.
