Some mock drafts have him going mid first round, others don't have him going in the first round. He has shown signs of being a first round type NBA guy but not always consistently. The NBA is all about potential which we know he has. Does he return? I think he benefits from one more year...and not just because I want to still see him in a cardinals uniform.

Benefit to him is minimal. He will be a first round pick. Maybe could learn to be a better passer and take better shots, but he can play NBA.

I appreciate Terry's contributions over the last two years. He is very talented and picked us early as his school of choice. This year, the spotlight was on him to be a major contributor. We have to remember, he is only a Soph with a lot to learn about the game. That is where Terry's deficiencies lie. It's not in talent. You could see in the second half when he got into his (selfish) "I'm gonna break you down" mode. He would start a dribble at the top of the key, crouch down in an attack poise and EVERYONE knew what was coming, including his other 4 teammates. GAME OVER!

For me, whether Terry comes back next year has to do with if he can mentally grow to where he fits into our system. It was horrible watching both Terry and Chris with the above mentality. It was horrible watching Terry at the end of the game and in OT. At crucial, pivotal points in the game momentum, he got selfish and wasted opportunities or allow point swings to happen. His talent kept us in the game with the steals and rebounds. His mentality was a big reason we lost

If we get the same Terry back next year, I hope he goes pro. There was a lot of dejected teammates in that locker room yesterday, all saying "we quit running our offense". When that happens, players get out of sync and it hurt our D.

If he learned from this year that basketball is a team sport and he is one of 5 that makes the team successful, please come back!

We have the makings of a damn good team next year. I don't want Terry ruining it thinking he is Dwade and can singlehandedly take over and win games!

I guess if he can get the money he should go but he sure could use another year of experience to make him an even better all around player.

Yep. I would like to see him come back, but not if he's going to revert to teen wolf basketball style again. (Thanks for that reference again Kerry. It fit his play again in the 2nd half of yesterday's game).

I think he'll be back to try to get to be a 1st round pick which I don't think he will be this year. His FG% dropped to close to 40 and his 3pt % was in the low 30s.

Don't get me wrong, if he feels it's right, I hope he does go and makes good. He's very skilled other than his outside shooting. A fearless rebounder and scorer who is not afraid to drive and take hits.

But his ball-handling skills are really just a bit above average in my view.

Seems like a great, solid kid. Whatever he does, I wish him well.

Same here. He still has a lot to learn when it comes to playing as a team.

Nanu just Posted "I'm sure gonna miss Terry next year" on IG. Q posted something similar. He's gone!

It all depends on what the NBA people tell him about where he will be drafted. First round even late 100% gone. First round secures his family and him. Second round it becomes a very difficult choice. The second round picks are like second class citizens. The real investment is on the first round guys. The second round guys if they pan out great if not no big deal. Coming back and getting into the top of the first round would best for him in the long run.

He does a bunch of good things defense, rebounding, and handle, but he isn't a great shooter or finisher at the rim. The NBA is all about potential which he has plus he has a great work ethic.

I think Russ and Terry games are very similar. Terry biggest advantage is he has an inch or two on Russ. Russ could score and finish at the rim even at his size. Terry really struggles to consistently get his own shot and finishing at the rim. Is Terry that much better than Russ? I think Terry's ceiling is higher than Russ but right now Russ would eat Terry's lunch. When you consider Russ hasn't played much at all this year in the NBA how much would Terry play?

I think Terry's shot will improve as will his ability to finish at the rim the question he has to answer is it better to do that at Louisville or in the NBA?

This. Even if he isn't drafted until the 2nd round and doesn't stick, he can still make money that is sorely needed by his family playing overseas. And he CAN work on and improve his game while making the money his family needs.

I think it is fair to say Rozier is hitting the road. I will wish him the best he gave us everything he had for two years and he produced a lot of nice moments as a player.

A new era of UofL basketball is about to be generated it is exciting to see how it will play out.
