During Petrino's interview on ESPN's "College Football Media Days" show at 1 PM on Friday, he was asked the question...
Luginbill: "...You guys are about to go into a new building for football, correct?"
Petrino: (without hesitating) "We're gonna start it right after the Kentucky game this year..."
And Coach proceeded to list the elements in the expansion project. If this start date (late 2016) is accurate, everything would most likely be ready for the 2018 season, nearly two years later.
Am I mistaken, or is this the first we have heard that this project should be completed for the 2018 opener?...
