I have expressed a lot of doubt about him over the past 6 to 8 weeks. Those doubts remain. But the best thing for the program would be if he turns out to be the Coach that we were sold he was. And I do believe he is a good guy and would like to see him succeed. So KP congratulations, Hope it's the first of many more.

Congratulations are due! KP out coached Stansbury last night. KP made some nice adjustments throughout the game. WKU looked unprepared for a zone and at times like they had never seen one before.
There was a different energy from the coaching staff, players and fans last night. I saw KP urging the fans on.
All fans have been clamoring for is better effort and high energy. A sense of urgency. We got that last night. Helps that the ball was going in the basket at a high clip. I think most fans can handle losing (this season) but not in the fashion and with the lack of effort we have seen.
The schedule is fairly friendly to build some momentum off this win. Let’s see what happens.

I like Payne and have crucified him over the start. I hope somehow he can make it work but I still don’t have much faith in his coaching. WKU flat out sucks imo.
