Congratulations for another successful baseball season!

It’s always fun when you win but just watching these kids on TV having a blast playing at this level has to be a powerful recruiting tool in itself.

It’s incredible what this program has become under Coach McDonnell, Roger Williams and co. Go Cards!

They absolutely looked like a team that couldn't find their way a month ago. Last weekend was the spark that has ignited the fire.
Couldn't be happier for a group of Cardinals.

Coach Mac has turned it into a legit baseball program. They have really good pitching depth. They play really good defense. Leavy is special talent on defense. The offense can disappear at times, but when they get going they can be dominate.

I thought 2017 was going to be the year they won it. I still think Vandy is going to win it all. They have crazy talent all over the place. If Duke beats them today that would be like a 1 seed losing to a 16 seed in the basketball tournament.

Pitching depth has always been the issue to me regarding Omaha. I don’t necessarily think this is Dan’s best team but that could change obviously. Postseason baseball and baseball in general is different than other sports, otherwise the Yankees and Red Sox would win every year like the Patriots or Warriors. No overall No.1 seeded baseball team has won the CWS since 1999. UCLA could still do it but they were a breath away from being swept by Michigan.

The 2015 and 2016 teams were pretty awesome too. 2015 would have most likely been in Omaha if not for what most thought was a terrible home run call. At the angle I was at, it looked like it curved in front of the foul pole but I digress...
