I didn’t see the game but the stats show she played 18 minutes scored 2 points and had 4 rebounds. The good thing is that we won the game.
Good win; despite committing 18 TOs, we turned Colorado into 25. Not sure what is wrong with Olivia in her 5th year, but her start this season is most disappointing in most every respect. Harris seems to have found her self, as Jeff is still trying to find the right combinations. Lots of raw talent, but not much execution at this early stage.
233 - good post. I totally agree. The FR need time. They have to adjust to college ball. When things start to slow down the TOs should improve. The D Must improve. I think. CJW will show allegiance to Olivia and she’ll continue to start. Against average comp she is good. Against stronger comp she tends to struggle. We need a consistent, not necessarily superstar, Nyla. 10/8 would be good in my opinion book.
Agree with you Bardman, particularly about our defense. Interestingly, we held UCLA to just 66 points and played them very close the entire game. The final 7 point margin was a little misleading, as when it got down to a one possession game in the last minute or so we had to put them at the line.
