Terrific. That coat is ruined. Denny might as well throw it away. That stench just won't wash out.

Well, he likes this UK coach better than the former UK coach that kicked him out of his job at UofL.

Fantasy. Coach Crum was already fired before Pitino was even offered the job.Well, he likes this UK coach better than the former UK coach that kicked him out of his job at UofL.
Loved Denny but he’d lost it and Jurich did what he had to do. He had let the program he helped build slip terribly. The right action was taken. It always amazes me how coaches get stubborn and won’t change with the times. Both Denny & Rick Pitino were guilty of this in their later years as our coach.Fantasy. Yes I understand that, but the troll was trying to say Pitino took his job away when that wasn't true. Jurich went all in on Pitino well after Denny had been fired. I remember it well. It was a tough decision for Jurich but he had little choice. Coach Crum wasn't putting the work in he needed to in order to keep the program elite and Jurich knew that.Loved Denny but he’d lost it and Jurich did what he had to do. So true. The loss of Allen Houston cost UofL a title (maybe two) IMO. Houston had one helluva career at Tennessee with virtually little or no help. I’m pretty sure the Vols went 12-22 his senior year, Allen never played in a single NCAA tournament game. Then to agree to let Allen Houston to go with his Dad to Tenn was the final blow. Allen would have been an All American four years at Louisville. He knew the Crum offence from the time he was a freshman at Ballard. Most top ranked guards lost interest in Louisville once Allen committed. When Denny agreed to let him go it was to late to replace him.
