Four-star Miami cornerback Chandler Jones, a recruiting target of Louisville and Kentucky, said he'll announce his college decision at 8 p.m. Thursday. Jones, a 5-foot-10, 170-pound player from Miami Central High School, is considering (in alphabetical order) Kentucky, Louisville, South Carolina, Utah and Vanderbilt.
