I don’t think UofL’s wins are as strong as some other teams being mentioned (to include WVU). I also agree that bias certainly comes into play with the polls.
As mentioned, UofL just needs to win games and get that win total up. Make the tournament and win at least one game. Tonight is a big game! SMU is a very good team and playing them at their house is not going to be an easy task.

It's ridiculous. People like Jay Bilas says it's absurd Louisville isn't ranked. What do they have to do? Why are there reservations?

Objectively speaking, the lack of a marquis win is likely the reason. The Cards beat WVU, but WVU has wins over Gonzaga, Kansas, and Iowa State, for example. I have no issue with Louisville's fringe Top 25 ranking for this reason. What's our best win? It's WVU. I think the Cards are better than the ranking shows, the schedule hasn't given them the opportunity to prove it, and here we are.

Before anyone shits all over my comment above, I think what CPK has done this year is AMAZING and the turnaround has been absolutely phenomenal. We were all hoping for a 16-15 season after Pryor went down and yet look at them now. I think the Cards are looking at a 5-7 seed and I think we would have all taken that no questions asked before the season started.

I think the Clemson win is the more impressive win because we beat them without Pryor.

And it's not just the wins, it's how Louisville is winning that should have them in the top 20. Cards have double digit wins over Clemson, UNC, and FSU and also have three road wins.

They also don't have a bad loss and played Duke and UK tough all the way to the end of the game. Watching Louisville's games should have every single AP voter having the Cards in the top 25.

Agree with this. Clemson is really good and I expect to see them do well in the Big Dance.
To me,that win will only get better over the next 6 weeks.
