In order to beat Pittsburgh we need to come up with a different game plan. The first set of the match against Stanford reminded me of our losses to Pittsburgh. We attacked heavily from one side only not from the middle or the opposite side. Once we changed our plan for attack by attacking from the left, the right and the middle it really changed things.

L-Yes we can beat Pitt! In any sport, and level. It is extremely difficult to sweep of 3 games between two closely matched Teams. Cards have the last game in a 3-game set playing at home! That is a recipe for the Cards to salvage in that 3rd game. Cards will have a crowd advantage, and the benefit of understanding how Pitt beat them in the first two games. Pitt not going to change anything, do what they did in the first 2. Cards need to adjust, change what they have been doing with Pitt earlier. Come out in the First Set, with an adjustment, and win that crucial First set. It's going to be a battle for sure. With the prize a berth in the Championship Game! Go Cards, they win the match 3 to 2!!

Should have beaten them at Pitt. Unforced errors - bad serves, service return errors, mis-hits, etc. Limit those self-inflicted wounds and they can win. With that being said, Pitt is REALLY, REALLY great. They are HUGE and they have, who I believe, is the best player in the country.

We not only have to clean up our servers but also our sets. There were several sets that were to low causing our players to hit into the net.

I believe UL's Blonde Killer Machine named Anna. Might have something to say who she feels has the Best Player in the Country in this match tonight!! That player is also a Louisville Native! Go Cards! Go Anna!

I hope she has a monster night and Pitt cannot stop her. However, objectively, Babcock is cream of the crop. I hope she has a bad night!

It will be an uphill battle against Pitt. We've got two things in our favor: home floor and Pitt will be attempting to beat the Cards for the 3rd time this season. It's very difficult beating a team 3 x. But, dang, Pitt is very good. Let's get it done. Go Cards!

Cards get it done in dominating fashion w/o DeBeer for almost the entire 4th and deciding set! Coach Kelly says no doubt Anna D. will be ready to play Sunday for the Natti! Hope she is right, High Ankle sprain!
